Shipping:

The shipping way depends on order quantity. For samples or small quantity orders, we prefer to international express, such as DHL, Fedex, UPS, TNT, China Post, EMS, etc. But if the product is large size, it can only be shipped by sea. For large quantities, the goods will be shipped by sea. Airway is also available if needed.

1. What is your minimum order quantity?

Usually, our MOQ is 1*20GP container, and you could mix different items into the container. But if you are our new customer, you could buy some samples for test in LCL.

2. What's your delivery time?

The delivery time depends on your order quantity. It usually takes about 25 working days upon receipt of 30% deposit by T/T.

3. How about your payment terms?

L/C, T/T(30% in advance, balance against B/L copy), Western Union, Paypal, Trade Assurance.

4. What's your warranty?

The warranty time is 12 months. If the product itself has quality problems within 1 year after delivery, free replacement will be sent, or refund to you.

5. What's your port of loading?

Usually, the goods will be shipped from Ningbo Port, China.

Sample order is supported. We don't offer free sample, however, we will return your sample costs in your formal orders. For OEM products, proofing fees will be charged, but we can also return, according to the order quantities.
